Hong Kong Seabass Seabass served on a bed of sauteed spinach, red peppers, mushrooms, shallots and drizzled with soy ginger.
Lemongrass Ginger Steak Asian marinated flank steak served with
Stir Fry vegetables and rice.

Fish Tacos Grilled mahi mahi served in a soft flour tortilla with red cabbage, onion and firecracker sauce.
Teriyaki Chicken Grilled chicken breast served with Stir Fry vegetables and rice.
